Obviously through this method you'd need to delete your skyrim folder and reinstall if you want to easily remove your mods completely, but it should get everything working.
But they're both fairly script-heavy, so you might not also want to run Ineed, bathing in Skyrim, and a dozen other script-heavy mods), you'll probably be able to get Skyrim running pretty solidly.

If you want to install them to your skyrim folder itself, unpack them through MO, then move them from MO's mod folder to Skyrim's Data folder, and they should run.). If you see a whole bunch of folders, generally that's meant for customization through MO, and you should install those with MO(it's not impossible otherwise, but it is a massive pain to explain. When you unpack a mod, look in its folder. But almost all mods follow a basic installation structure that makes them fairly simple to install once you get used to it. but I'm a weirdo who's had a ridiculous amount of experience modding without it, and who's got skyrim backed up on an external harddrive anyways so I can delete/reinstall it in 5 minutes, and between that and the fact that I'm weird, I basically don't bother with MO unless I'm unpacking something.
General rule of thumb that most people swear by is use mod organizer. Not sure what the difference is with how they work, but it's something to be aware of.

I'm not sure if it's fixed yet, but the auto/TFC command ways to get free camera tend to break your ability to attack/cast spells after the funtimes end, but 3 key's pretty reliable. Finally, don't set it to automatically give you free vision, or type TFC in the console menu during animations, instead press the "3" key. You might also need to press keys to move the animation forward, then skip back if an animation isn't loading right(On my computer it's space bar, then hold shift and press space again.) This will reset the animation for you. I think it's "O", but I can't say of the top of my head. "safe" stuff, but he also likes goro/necro, so if that's not your cup of tea you'll want to be a bit selective about what you activate) Second, when an animation starts and isn't what you want you can press certain keys to cycle it. four things: first, look up funnybizness's animations, there should be a pack in the adult section of the Lab, and it will add something like 200 new animations to Sexlab, most of which are rather high-quality(though be warned, you'll want to be careful before hitting "enable all" when picking animations in the SLAL menu.
